Effective Date: October 28, 2025
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the parcel-forwarding, purchasing concierge (“buy‑for‑me”), returns handling, storage, consolidation, repacking, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided Caribbean Package LLC (“Caribbean Package,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, shipping or instructing us to handle a parcel, or using our websites or communications channels, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
The Services are provided by Caribbean Package LLC, located at Caribbean Package LLC, 11098 Lakeland Circle, Fort Myers, FL, USA. Contact us at support@shipcaribbeanpackage.com.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it current (including identity and contact details required for customs, export controls, sanctions screening, and payments).
We provide a receiving address in the United States for your shipments and, on your instructions, consolidate, repack, and forward parcels to destinations you specify.
Carriers (e.g., postal operators, couriers, freight forwarders) are independent contractors, not our agents. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
You agree to: - Ensure goods are lawful to export from the U.S. and import into the destination; comply with all customs, tax, sanctions, and export control laws. - Provide truthful, complete customs declarations (description, HS code if known, value, quantity, origin) and any KYC or identification requested by us or regulators. - Not request or permit us to ship prohibited or restricted items (see Section 6). - Pay all fees, duties, taxes, and other charges when due. - Keep your address and contact information accurate for delivery.
You may ship items only for personal or business use consistent with these Terms. We may refuse deliveries without a valid account or lacking sufficient identifying information.
We may photograph parcels on receipt for verification, damage recording, or fraud prevention.
We are not responsible for merchant errors, shortages, or defective items; requests for merchant returns/warranty are your responsibility (we can assist under Section 12).
You must not ship, request, store, or cause us to handle items that are illegal or restricted under applicable law or carrier rules, including but not limited to: - Hazardous materials/dangerous goods (e.g., explosives, flammables, pressurized containers) unless expressly permitted and properly declared/packed. - Lithium batteries not compliant with IATA/ICAO packaging and state of charge rules. - Firearms, parts, ammunition, weapons; narcotics or controlled substances; counterfeit goods; stolen property; obscene or abusive materials; perishables requiring temperature control; live animals or plants (unless permitted); cash, bearer instruments; precious metals or stones above allowed limits; medical samples; items subject to U.S. export controls or sanctions to prohibited end‑users or destinations. - Items denied by carriers under their terms of carriage.
We may update our Prohibited Items List and will refuse, return, or lawfully dispose of prohibited items at your cost.
We may open and inspect parcels (including using x‑ray or similar) for security, compliance, or requested verification. We may refuse, return, or dispose of any shipment at our discretion if it violates these Terms or law, or presents a risk to people or property.
On your instruction, we may consolidate multiple parcels, remove excess packaging, or repack to reduce volumetric weight. Our packing decisions aim to balance protection, cost, and carrier requirements; we may decline requests that compromise safety or compliance.
We provide storage as posted on our Pricing Page (free storage period, then daily fees).
If fees remain unpaid or instructions are not provided, the parcel may be deemed abandoned after 7 days following notice. We may sell, return, or dispose of abandoned goods to recover amounts owed (see Section 13). Any surplus, less reasonable costs, will be made available to you upon request.
Title to goods remains with you or your seller; we do not take title.
Risk of loss transfers in line with carrier terms when we tender the shipment to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage while in the carrier’s possession.
Delivery is complete upon the carrier’s recorded delivery scan or equivalent proof.
International shipments are subject to customs clearance. You are responsible for all duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and clearance fees.
We may advance such amounts to expedite delivery; you authorize us to charge your payment method for these sums and related service fees.
We will not undervalue or misdescribe goods. Requests to do so will be refused and may result in account suspension.
For merchant returns or warranty claims, we can act on your written instructions. You are responsible for merchant return authorizations and labels unless we provide them for a fee.
Fees are as posted on our Pricing Page or as quoted in writing. We may update fees at any time; new fees apply prospectively.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all amounts due (fees, shipping, taxes/duties we advance, storage, disposal, and other charges).
We have a possessory lien on parcels in our custody for any unpaid amounts. If unpaid after notice, we may sell, return, or dispose of items to satisfy amounts owed. You remain liable for any shortfall.
Chargebacks: If you dispute a legitimate charge, you remain responsible for the underlying fees and any third‑party costs. We may suspend or terminate Services until resolved.
Promotional codes, referral credit, and prepaid balances (including “Founder Credits”) are subject to program‑specific terms, may expire, and are non‑refundable, non‑transferable, and not legal tender. We may modify or end programs at any time as permitted by law.
We may offer optional shipping insurance from a third‑party insurer. Coverage is subject to the insurer’s policy terms and exclusions. Our role is administrative; we are not the insurer.
Claims: File claims within 7 days of delivery for visible damage, 7 days of discovery for concealed damage, and 90 days of ship date for loss (destination‑dependent). Provide photos, packaging, invoices, and proof of value. Failure to provide required evidence or filing late may result in denial. Carrier/insurer decisions are final.
If you decline insurance, you assume the risk to the full value of goods.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national/resident of any country or party subject to U.S., UK, EU, or UN sanctions and that you will not use the Services for any prohibited end‑use. We may require identity verification and may suspend/terminate Services where we cannot meet compliance obligations.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access our websites solely to use the Services.
You will not: attempt to bypass security; scrape or harvest data; interfere with site operation; or use the Services to ship spam, illegal, infringing, or harmful content or goods.
Our Services may integrate with or link to third‑party services (e.g., payment processors, carriers). Your use of such services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party acts or omissions.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SHIPMENTS WILL ARRIVE BY A PARTICULAR DATE OR WITHOUT LOSS OR DAMAGE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA; OR (C) AMOUNTS EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SHIPMENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the above applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Caribbean Package and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your goods, instructions, or use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms or law; or (c) customs, tax, IP, or regulatory issues related to your shipments.
We may suspend or terminate the Services or your account at any time for any reason, including nonpayment, suspected fraud, non‑compliance, or risk to safety/compliance. You may close your account at any time after paying all amounts due and providing instructions for remaining parcels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States of America, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
Option A – Arbitration (recommended for U.S.)

Option B – Courts
If arbitration is not selected, the exclusive venue will be the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Consumers may have non‑waivable rights under local law; this clause applies to the extent permitted.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on our site with an updated Effective date. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated as required by law. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may provide notices by email to the address on your account or through your account dashboard. You will send legal notices to support@shipcaribbeanpackage.com and operational instructions through your account or support channels.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with any service‑specific terms and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement.
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

Assignment. You may not assign without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees, lien, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, governing law, dispute resolution) survive.
